A reservation is confirmed only after the applicable booking requirements established by Moments by Freeman LLC have been satisfied, including any required signed agreement and booking payment or an alternative institutional payment arrangement approved by Moments by Freeman LLC.
This reflects your school agreement, which specifically allows an approved school/district purchase order, check-processing schedule, or other institutional payment procedure instead of the normal retainer arrangement.

Our website may use third-party services, including Google Forms, Google Calendar, Wix, payment providers, photo-delivery services, and other platforms necessary to operate our business.

Event Photographs and Digital Delivery
Guests may voluntarily use our photo booth to create photographs or other event content.
Depending on the service provided, photographs may be delivered through SMS, email, an online gallery, or another available delivery method. Digital delivery may depend upon internet access, cellular service, device availability, or third-party systems. Your contracts specifically contemplate SMS, email, galleries, and delayed delivery when connectivity prevents immediate sharing.

Photo and Media Usage
The permitted use of event photographs or videos may vary based on the applicable client agreement.
For private events, promotional use of event photographs or videos is governed by the applicable event agreement and any authorization or opt-out provided by the client. Your current private-event agreement expressly provides for client permission with an opt-out.
For school or organizational events involving minors, Moments by Freeman LLC will not use identifiable photographs or videos of students or minors for advertising, social media, portfolio, website, or other promotional purposes unless the school or organization provides separate written authorization confirming that such use is permitted under its applicable policies and permissions.
Moments by Freeman LLC may photograph the booth, event branding, or event setup when no identifiable student or minor is depicted, subject to the applicable client agreement.
When an Audio Guestbook is included or purchased, event participants may voluntarily record audio messages intended for the client.
Audio recordings may be stored or processed using equipment or third-party services necessary to provide the Audio Guestbook service.
Participants should avoid including sensitive or confidential information in recordings.
